Cancellation Policy
CATO programme participants may cancel their placement at any time. Programme participants can make transfer to another programme at no cost to the applicant. Cancellation fees apply. We make placement arrangements such as airport pickup, accommodation, school placement and many more as soon as you apply, making cancellations very costly to CATO.
CATO may cancel any placement at any time before your departure. In this case CATO will refund the total amount paid by the programme participants. CATO will also refund the application fee of $100 if we are not able to find placements for programme participants. If we cancel your placement for any reason, we will notify applicants in writing.
Cancellation fees. Application fees are non refundable. If cancellation is up to 1 month prior to departure, a programme fee of US$50 is charged. If cancellation is under 1 month prior to departure, 50% of the programme fee is charged. No refund is due if cancellation is on the day of departure and after.
