CATO offers the following
services the following quality services at much reduced
programme fees. Our fees are just right for the low budget
student.
Tuition: 4 hours a day tuition. Classes
at the institute begin from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. and 4 P.M. to 6
P.M. During the programme duration, students will learn to
perform one or two of the major music and dance genres.
Students will also have the opportunity to study traditional
crafts such as the weaving of Kente, woodcarving and drum
making.
Meals: The programme fee covers three Ghanaian meals a day -
breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Accommodation: Students will
either live in single of shared rooms depending on
availability. Students must bring their own sleeping
gears.
Student
Placement: Students will receive detailed information
about their school prior to departure. Detailed information
includes accommodation information, proposed itinerary upon
arrival and many more.
Airport
transfer: CATO staff in Ghana will meet students at
airport with a placard bearing the students name. We will
provide students with cell phone numbers of CATO staff that
will meet students at the airport. CATO will also provide the
address, phone numbers of the first night hotel just in case
the student miss CATO staff at the airport. Student flight
information (flight number, flight name and time of arrival)
is very important for this arrangement.
In-country
ground transportation: CATO transfers the student
two-way to the school. CATO staff is available to help
students do their personal travel at the expense of the
student .
Country
Support: We provide country support for students in
Ghana. Some of this support includes shopping, personal
travel, project visits and many more. We provide student with
cell phone numbers of CATO staff and CATO Office phone numbers
should the student require any help.
Pre-departure
information: CATO provides comprehensive pre-departure
information to students. Information includes information on
Ghana etc.
Visa
Preparation Advice: CATO provides students with visa
applications, guidelines for application for visa, two
references in Ghana, invitation letter required for visa
application and helps applicants with any questions they may
have concerning their visas. CATO also provides applicants
with all the vaccination information required for entering
Ghana and also recommends other optional vaccinations to
students.
Emergency
contact: CATO will provide you with 3-4 mobile
telephone numbers of CATO staff in Ghana for emergency
contact. (these numbers are available for use at all
times-24/7). Students will also get contact details to pass
along to family, friends before departure. |
